Announcing DrugEnrichr a new enrichment analysis tool for drug sets - May 4, 2020
DrugEnrichr is a new drug set enrichment analysis tool. DrugEnrichr has the familiar Enrichr interface but instead of serving gene sets for search it is serving drug sets. The data contain within DrugEnrichr was assembled from a variety of publicly available databases. Knowledge about the properties of drugs was processed and integrated to generate a collection of drug set libraries. DrugEnrichr can be accessed via API which are documented in SmartAPI. This makes DrugEnrichr interoperable with other tools and projects.
