| Name | ARHGEF19 antisense RNA 1 |
| Summary |
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n In a study examining glucocorticoid‐induced transcriptomic changes in human bone microvascular endothelial cells (BMECs), ARHGEF19‐AS1 emerged as one of the long noncoding RNAs potentially involved in orchestrating the cellular response to steroid treatment (1). The investigation revealed that glucocorticoid exposure alters the expression of a broad panel of lncRNAs and mRNAs that participate in key processes such as development, differentiation, and apoptosis. ARHGEF19‐AS1 appears to be part of a complex RNA crosstalk network that modulates the gene expression changes induced by hydrocortisone, suggesting a regulatory role in maintaining proper cellular function and in the pathogenesis of steroid‐induced necrosis of the femoral head (1). These findings propose that ARHGEF19‐AS1 may contribute to fine‐tuning transcriptional responses that are critical for the pharmacological and physiological activities of BMECs.\n "}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}, {"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n (1)."}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ""}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Qing-Sheng Yu, Wan-Shou Guo, Li-Ming Cheng, et al.
