ATP11A-AS1 Gene

Name ATP11A antisense RNA 1
Summary
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n In a recent study exploring lncRNA expression profiles in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), ATP11A‐AS1 was identified as one of eight lncRNAs that are significantly upregulated in bone marrow samples from ALL patients compared to normal controls (1). Within the constructed competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network, these dysregulated lncRNAs—including ATP11A‐AS1—are suggested to modulate gene expression by acting as molecular sponges for microRNAs, thereby influencing the expression levels of key mRNAs enriched in ALL‐related biological processes and pathways. Although the specific mechanistic role of ATP11A‐AS1 was not delineated in detail, its upregulation and inclusion in the ceRNA network imply that it may contribute to leukemogenesis by indirectly regulating hub genes and signaling cascades implicated in the pathogenesis of ALL."}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}, {"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ""}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Weimin Wang, Chunhui Lyu, Fei Wang, et al.
