FAM212B-AS1 Gene

Name FAM212B antisense RNA 1
Summary
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n Long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as pivotal regulators in the development and progression of various cancers, including endometrial carcinoma (EC) (1,2). Among the lncRNAs implicated, FAM212B‐AS1 was identified as one of the core regulators in EC. Differential expression analyses comparing type I EC with normal endometrium revealed that FAM212B‐AS1, along with several other lncRNAs, is significantly dysregulated, suggesting a role in oncogenic processes. Further, integrated bioinformatics assessments—including Gene Ontology (GO), KEGG pathway analyses, and lncRNA–mRNA co‐expression networks—support that FAM212B‐AS1 may modulate key molecular pathways involved in tumor growth and invasion. These findings indicate that FAM212B‐AS1 could serve not only as a potential early diagnostic biomarker but also as a promising therapeutic target in endometrial carcinogenesis."}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}, {"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ""}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Cristina Vallone, Giuliano Rigon, Caterina Gulia, et al.
