| Summary |
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n Recent evidence indicates that the long non‐coding RNA HID1‐AS1 plays an important regulatory role in cellular homeostasis and cancer progression. In particular, HID1‐AS1 appears to modulate critical signaling cascades involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and metastasis. Mechanistically, HID1‐AS1 functions as a competing endogenous RNA that sequesters microRNAs, thereby influencing the expression of key target genes that drive oncogenic processes. In addition, its dysregulated expression may serve as a prognostic marker and provide a rationale for therapeutic intervention in disease contexts characterized by aberrant cellular growth and survival. These findings highlight the potential of HID1‐AS1 as both a biomarker and a therapeutic target by mediating transcriptional networks central to tumorigenesis."}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Da Qian, Cheng Qian, Buyun Ye, et al.
