Within this signature, LINC00581 was recognized as a hub lncRNA whose expression is associated with both diagnostic and prognostic outcomes in PTC. Comprehensive analyses—comprising weighted gene co-expression network analysis, LASSO Cox regression, and functional enrichment strategies such as Gene Ontology, KEGG, and gene set enrichment analysis—suggest that LINC00581, together with the other lncRNAs in the signature, may contribute to the modulation of tumor development and the regulation of tumor‐infiltrating immune cells.
