| Summary |
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n LINC01105 is a long non‐coding RNA that has emerged as an important regulator in neuroblastoma tumorigenesis by modulating key cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion. Its expression is elevated in neuroblastoma tissues, and studies have demonstrated that LINC01105 is transcriptionally activated by HIF‑1α. Mechanistically, LINC01105 functions as a competing endogenous RNA by sequestering microRNAs (for example, miR‑6769b‑5p), which in turn relieves suppression of downstream targets such as vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA). This regulatory axis engages the p53/caspase signaling pathway, as knockdown of LINC01105 has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation, migration, and invasion while promoting apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells. In addition, emerging evidence suggests that LINC01105 may participate in other regulatory networks—for instance, co-expression with EGFR mRNA has been implicated in the molecular pathology of atrial fibrillation—hinting at a broader role in disease processes. Collectively, these findings underscore the potential of LINC01105 as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in neuroblastoma and possibly other disorders."}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_fs", "start_ref": "1", "end_ref": "3"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Weitao Tang, Kuiran Dong, Kai Li, et al.
