In this study, LINC01143 emerged as one of the key lncRNAs included in the prognostic model. Although the work primarily focused on establishing a risk assessment tool, the data suggest that LINC01143 exhibits differential expression in EC tissues, implying its involvement in the molecular pathways that govern tumor progression. Its altered expression appears to correlate with patient survival outcomes, positioning LINC01143 as a potential prognostic biomarker.
