Among the lncRNAs evaluated, LINC01168 was found to be significantly correlated with patient prognosis. The study proposes that LINC01168 may function as a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA), sequestering miRNAs to regulate downstream tumor-associated mRNAs and thereby influencing LUAD progression.
