| Summary |
{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n The exosomal long noncoding RNA LINC01435 plays a critical role in diabetic wound healing by modulating endothelial cell function. Exosomes derived from high glucose‐treated immortalized human epidermal (HaCaT) cells transfer LINC01435 to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), where it alters the subcellular distribution of the transcription factor Yin Yang 1 (YY1). In cooperation with YY1, LINC01435 upregulates the expression of histone deacetylase HDAC8, leading to reduced tube formation and diminished migration of HUVECs, thereby inhibiting angiogenesis—a key process in wound repair. This LINC01435/YY1/HDAC8 signaling pathway could serve as an important therapeutic target for improving the recovery of diabetic wounds, such as those observed in diabetic foot ulcers."}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Wan Fu, Diefei Liang, Xiaoying Wu, et al.
