The data indicate that during the acute phase (24 hours post‐stroke), lncRNAs associated with the antigen processing and presentation pathway are upregulated, suggesting that LINC01481 may contribute to the early activation of immune responses. By day 7, as the peripheral immune system shifts toward systemic immunosuppression, the expression levels of these lncRNAs return to baseline, implying a role for LINC01481 in restoring immunologic homeostasis after the initial inflammatory surge.
