{"type": "root", "children": [{"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n LINC01569 is a long non‐coding RNA that appears to exert diverse, context‐dependent regulatory roles in human disease. In hepatocellular carcinoma, for example, integrated transcriptome analyses have identified panels of novel lncRNAs—including LINC01569—that are implicated in key oncogenic pathways and tumor progression (1). In colorectal cancer, LINC01569 is significantly upregulated and functions as a competing endogenous RNA by sequestering miR‑381‑3p; this de-repression leads to increased RAP2A expression, thereby promoting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, which underscores its potential as a therapeutic target (3). In the setting of endometriosis, extracellular vesicle profiling revealed that LINC01569 is markedly downregulated in patient plasma, suggesting its utility as a circulating diagnostic biomarker when combined with other lncRNAs (2). Moreover, in fetal testicular tissue from individuals with Klinefelter syndrome, LINC01569 is among several long non-coding RNAs that are aberrantly expressed; this dysregulation may contribute to impaired gonocyte differentiation, which is thought to underlie subsequent testicular degeneration and infertility (5). Although one study on mechanotransduction examined the role of glucocorticoid‐mediated responses through a novel lncRNA, the specific involvement of LINC01569 in these biomechanical pathways remains to be fully elucidated (4). Collectively, these findings indicate that LINC01569 functions in a tissue‐ and disease-specific manner—acting as a regulator of ceRNA networks in cancer, serving as a potential biomarker in endometriosis, and possibly contributing to developmental dysregulation in Klinefelter syndrome.\n "}]}, {"type": "t", "text": "\n "}, {"type": "p", "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "\n (1)"}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "1"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ", (2)"}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "2"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ", (3)"}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "3"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ", (4)"}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "4"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ", (5)."}, {"type": "fg", "children": [{"type": "fg_f", "ref": "5"}]}, {"type": "t", "text": ""}]}, {"type": "rg", "children": [{"type": "r", "ref": 1, "children": [{"type": "t", "text": "Ren-Chao Zou, Zhi-Tian Shi, Shu-Feng Xiao, et al.
