Moreover, overexpression of RAB38 has been associated with aggressive tumor characteristics in various malignancies including glioma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and glioblastoma, where its deregulation contributes to enhanced cell proliferation, migration, and altered metabolic profiles.
