Specifically, CERS1 and NAT8L, which play roles in maintaining mitochondrial function and autophagy, are modulated downstream of MIR3960 and MIR4488. Additionally, TGFB2-OT1 enhances LARP1 levels, a protein that drives the expression of SQSTM1 (sequestosome 1) and subsequently activates NFKB RELA and CASP1.
