A seborrheic dermatitis that involves fungal infection of the scalp of recently born babies caused by Malassezia furfur. It is occasionally linked to immune disorders. The symptoms include thick, crusty, yellow or brown scales over the child's scalp. (Human Disease Ontology, DOID_8941)
