Mammalian Phenotype Ontology Resource

Description	The Mammalian Phenotype Ontology developed by Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) at the Jackson Laboratory is a controlled vocabulary of mouse phenotype terms that are related to each other in a hierarchical network. Each phenotype is annotated with the genotypes of the mice that display the phenotype.
