The Nuclear Receptor Signaling Atlas is a knowledgebase for nuclear receptors, their ligands, and coregulators. NURSA hosts a high content proteomics dataset consisting of 3000 immuno-precipitations followed by mass spectrometry. This dataset is essentially a gene-set library where each term is a pulled-down protein, which is associated with a set of co-precipitated proteins. Each immuno-precipitation provides a snapshot of the proteins interacting directly or indirectly in a complex or complexes with the pulled-down protein.
