TitleSmall molecules which reverse IKBKB expression of a constitutively active allele of the IÎ&ord
DescriptionThe L1000 database was queried in order to identify small molecule perturbations which reverse the gene expression signature induced by IKBKB expression of a constitutively active allele of the IÎ&ord in the Ramos cells; cell type: human Burkitt lymphoma; dsmz no.: ACC 603 origin: established from the ascitic fluid of a 3-year-old boy with American-type Burkitt lymphoma in 1972; cells were described to be EBV-negative but EBV infectible, to carry the (8;14) translocation and p53 mutations cell type.
