DescriptionAn enrichment analysis was performed on the top most dyresgulated genes determined by applying the principal angle method to compare gene expression between CCND1 KD cells and control cells in the MCF7 cells were transfected with control or cyclin D1 siRNA. Cells were maintained for 48hrs to allow for efficient knock-down. Vehicle treated cells were maintained for a further 24 hrs and then processed. cell type.
