Both the circRNA and its protein product are markedly downregulated in breast cancer, and their restoration significantly inhibits proliferation and migration. Mechanistically, SEMA4B‑211aa acts by binding to p85, thus reducing PIP3 levels and attenuating AKT phosphorylation.
