DescriptionAnalysis of liver of 74 day old Sprague-Dawley males fed a vitamin A (retinol) deficient diet for 53 days. The liver is the major storage organ for vitamin A, is involved in vitamin A homeostasis, and expresses retinoic acid-regulated transcription factors.
