DescriptionAnalysis of myocardial tissues from nonischemic (NICM) and ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) patients. NICM and ICM, major forms of dilated cardiomyopathy leading to congestive heart failure, have similar presentations but differ in pathophysiology, prognosis, and response to therapy.
