DescriptionAnalysis of HT29 colon cancer cells sensitive or resistant to methotrexate (MTX). MTX is used in the treatment of cancer. Chemotherapy effectiveness in cancer cells is compromised by development of drug resistance. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms associated with drug resistance.
