DescriptionAnalysis of skeletal muscle biopsies from untreated girls with active symptoms of juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) less than 2 months or greater than 2 months. Results provide insight into the impact of the duration of chronic inflammation on gene expression in muscle of untreated children with JDM.
