DescriptionAnalysis of airway epithelial cells (AEC) from children with asthma and healthy non-atopic controls. Epithelial cells from asthmatic children fail to heal a wound in vitro. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying dysregulated AEC repair.
