DescriptionAnalysis of the heart left ventricle 1 or 7 days after ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce myocardial infarction (MI). Animals subjected to MI had congestive heart failure (CHF) on day 7. Results identify genes involved in the progression to CHF.
