TitleHeart failure and nitric oxide
DescriptionAnalysis of hearts from 21 month old endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) knockout males. These animals exhibit cardiac dysfunction with age and 50%% mortality at 21 month. Results provide clues to molecular mechanisms leading to heart failure.
