DescriptionAnalysis of -catGOF-UB (-catenin Gain of Function-Ureteric Bud) mutant kidneys from E12.5 embryos. The -catGOF-UB mutants display severe renal malformations. Results provide insight into the role of -catenin in renal dysplasia.
