DescriptionAnalysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from HIV-1 seropositive and seronegative individuals. Results used to identify a 10-gene signature used for determining HIV-1 serostatus, and a 6-gene signature to identify seropositive individuals exhibiting changes in CD4+ T cell counts.
