DescriptionAnalysis of mononuclear cells from 54 chemotherapy treated patients less than 15 years of age with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Mononuclear cells taken from peripheral blood or bone marrow. Results identify expression patterns associated with complete remission and relapse with resistant disease.
