DescriptionAnalysis of MCF7 breast cancer cells after siRNA-mediated silencing of the estrogen receptor (ER). The induced ER silencing resulted in estrogen/tamoxifen resistant cells (pII). Results provide insight into molecular events underlying the endocrine drug resistant phenotype in breast cancer.
