DescriptionAnalysis of nave CD4 and CD8 T cells deficient for Tuberous sclerosis complex 1 (Tsc1). Tsc1 tumor suppressor is an mTOR signaling modulator involved in naive T cell quiescence and immune homeostasis regulation. Results identify a Tsc1-dependent gene signature in naive T cells.
