DescriptionAnalysis of B cells sorted from the peripheral blood of patients with quiescent lupus (inactive > 6 months). B cell activation and production of a wide variety of autoantibodies appear central to lupus development. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying systemic lupus.
