DescriptionAnalysis of iPSC lines derived from a PD patient with SNCA triplication and an unaffected first-degree relative. Triplication of SNCA, encoding -synuclein, causes an aggressive form of PD. Results provide insight into the mechanistic basis of neurodegeneration caused by -synuclein dysfunction.
