DescriptionAnalysis of whole skin from female, K5cre-caNrf2 transgenics at P2.5. Nrf2 activation induced epidermal thickening and hyperkeratosis resembling human skin disease lamellar ichthyosis. Results provide insight into the role of Nrf2 as a regulator of protective functions of the epidermis.
