DescriptionAnalysis of ventricles of mutants with mild ventricular disorganization and limited hypertrophy or with severe hypertrophy and fibrosis. Mutants possess familial cardiac hypertrophy (CH) associated mutations in alpha-tropomyosin. Results provide insight into mechanisms that mediate the onset of CH.
