DescriptionAnalysis of post-mortem tissue from the superior temporal cortex (Brodmann Area 22, BA22) of schizophrenic patients. The BA22 region mediates the positive pathophysiology of schizophrenia. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying the positive symptoms of schizophrenia.
