DescriptionAnalysis of fibroblasts from patients with CCALD, the childhood cerebral form of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD). X-ALD is an early onset X-linked neurological disorder affecting the nervous, adrenocortical, and male reproductive systems. Results provide insight into molecular basis of CCALD.
