DescriptionAnalysis of small intestine from Cftr null and wild type mice treated with fluid secretion activator lubiprostone. Cystic fibrosis (CF) mice display CF trait of impaired mucus turnover. Results provide insight into response of CF intestine to lubiprostone treatment.
