DescriptionAnalysis of spleen (a secondary lymphoid organ) from tumor-bearing animals for up to 5 days after a single chemotherapeutic treatment of cyclophosphamide (CTX). Results provide insight into the CTX-mediated effects responsible for the antitumor efficacy of chemoimmunotherapy.
