DescriptionAnalysis of heart from PKC-deficient males subjected to continuous infusion of angiotensin II for 14 days. PKC knockouts do not develop cardiac hypertrophy (CH) upon chronic challenge with angiotensin II. Results provide insight into the role of PKC in CH.
